You can import your body measurements from the Health app and track changes of your weight and calories burned during a workout.
If you enjoy using the app, you may set up a subscription that will renew automatically, and get access to all types of workouts and exercises.
KeepFit has several subscription options. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account once the purchase is confirmed. Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the same price until you turn off automatic renewal; this can be done up to 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The iTunes account will be charged for the payment within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. Upon subscribing, the subscription can be modified or canceled by the user through iTunes account settings. Any unused part of the free trial will be canceled when a paid subscription is purchased.
